Modifications to Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic)

The Revenue by Room Type Report (Dynamic) is modified to calculate the summary of the Occupancy %, ADR, REVPAR, and Owner’s REVPAR columns and display them in a date-wise manner based on the following formulae:

Column	Calculated As
Occupancy %	Rooms Occupied /Rooms Available on the property for that date.
ADR	Room Revenue for the day/Total Occupied Rooms on the property for that date.
REVPAR	Potential Room Revenue for the day/Rooms Available on the property for that date.
Owner’s RevPAR	Room Revenue Total for the day/Rooms Available on the property for that date.
